3. I was adopted in Douglas County, Wisconsin and need a copy of my Order for Adoption. Can I request a copy directly through the Probate Office?

Yes. Either an adult who was adopted or the adoptive parents of a minor child are able to request a copy of the Order for Adoption directly through the Probate Office upon filling out the Request for Adoption Record and presenting proper identification.
