Their team of industry leaders is committed to offering comprehensive dining services that provide a range of programs from nutritional education to progressive sustainability initiatives, delivering actionable strategies that produce results. At the UWS they are located in the Yellowjacket Union.
The building itself was built to be sustainable and is LEEDS certified. They serve organic food, use compostable paper products, compost through WLSSD and buy locally whenever possible.
