The Human Resources Department is responsible for:
- Providing Human Resource services and support to our County managers, employees, and County Board
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws
- Consulting and guiding individuals in the nature of their work
- Negotiating, developing, monitoring, implementing, and overseeing contracts, employee services, policies, procedures, and laws
- Creating a safe, equitable working environment that is ready to empower, accept change, and grow
